And to tell you about your friends over at Lao Conservation Trust for Wildlife who have rescued 11 pangolins from the illegal wildlife trade this year alone.

They are currently developing an ambitious conservation project focused on strengthening the protection of the Sunda pangolin in Phou Khao Khouay National Park. The project will combine anti-poaching patrols led by trained local rangers, using thermal drone technology to detect illegal activities, and the implementing the first systematic post-release monitoring programme for pangolins in Laos.
