Lovely end of August chatty run together with drumroll 🥁…rain! ..Boy we’ve missed you 😂…

See you this Saturday 29th August for the usual chat/move a little/or move a lot!..and cake!
And hi 5 to the brilliant cycle hub ..we all love getting on our bikes!!!

We know we've only just done a parkrun, but we thought we'd give you plenty of time to get the bike out to...cycle to parkrun next Saturday (29 August). We'll be joined by Yate Community Bike Hub who will have yummy flapjacks for anyone who cycles, plus police bike marking.

A fantastic end of July meet up for us at Chipping Sodbury 5KYW!!☀️🥰
Our very own superstar Rich and his amazing supportive team of family and friends arranged a fun ‘vintage car show’ raising funds direct to 5KYW!🎉….a great chance for promoting the charity and getting the word out !
Well done Rich (there he goes in his pride and joy….!!! 🚘 😂)!…keep going !
