APRIL MEETING - AGM & WOODTURNER OF THE YEAR

This year saw some major changes to the club committee, with a number of long serving members leaving and new volunteers stepping up. Thankyou to all those who give their time and enthusiasm to keep the club moving forward.

This years annual competition saw a great number of entries, 32 in total spread between the two main categories.

The club monthly theme for March was 'I only used a skew' and the number of entries for the competition were perhaps fewer than usual, I wonder why?

Nevertheless, those that did make a piece for the club night competition made up for lack of numbers with their obvious show of skills so congratulations and thanks to all those who took part;
