Karkasaurus are excited to welcome IAN VAN DAHL, A SECOND HEADLINER TBA and a wave of amazing support DJs to play at Basement 45 in Bristol. With 100% profits to Beat:Cancer.

Ian Van Dahl burst into the European consciousness in 2001 when the debut single, ‘Castles In The Sky’ became the soundtrack to the summer. With its beautiful trancey chords and perfect sunny lyrics, it encapsulated feel good pop-dance crossover music and sparked a burning debate.

Christophe went on to make a plethora of Euro Trance hits which have lasted the test of time.

They say; third times a charm? So, how about once more with feeling? Well, Mk-Events presents: MkUltra! Pre-Halloween Party!

A multi genre experience. Held in a literal converted bank vault in Cardiff Bay. Appearances from Special Guest DJs, filling the vault’s cold industrial setting with a stunningly diverse array of dark underground music.

Room 1: Dark Techno, Industrial Noize & Experimental Electronia.
Room 2: Darkwave, Post Punk, Goth Rock and more!

MK-II and Cardiff have a reputation for its style and aesthetic, let’s see you all bring it. So, dress to dominate, submit, or simply seduce. Think: fe**sh wear, leather, latex, PVC, the more avant-garde fashion the better!

Door Policy: This is a strictly 18+ event. ID will be checked on the door on a Challenge 25 basis so please bring a passport or driving license, as you will be denied entry if you cannot prove your age when asked.

There is a zero tolerance policy for any type of discrimination. This is a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community & POC. Any type of harassment or non-consensual behaviour will not be accepted. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, please ensure to inform security or any member of the staff.

We've got MATT HART back at Facebar, Reading on Sat 12th Dec 2026 performing a band show.

MATT HART is an industrial artist both musician and DJ, from London, UK and has been involved and creating music for as long as he can remember, starting with the violin at age 6, moving to the deeper viola a couple years later…. jump ahead a chunk of time and he found himself writing and releasing his own music under the same name, MATT HART.

Within his music soundscape, expect to hear beats of Industrial, Electronic/EBM, and Metal blended together – all under a concept of Wastelands 3808 (a post-apocalyptic world) where it is Man VS Machine.
