Assalamualaikum,
GSC South West Region held their BGM 2025 on Sunday the 4th of May 2025, at the Eastern Taste, St.Marks Road Bristol.
Many GSC and other Bangladeshi community members participated at the BGM 2025 event and gave their full support to the organisation and appreciated the organisation's good work for the Bangladeshi community in UK and Bangladesh.
As there was no other contesting panel submitted any nominations for any posts , therefore the Chief election commissioner GSC Central Treasurer Mr Saleh Ahmed along with two other commissioner GSC central Vice Chairperson Mr Helal Ahmed Thafader and GSC central Joint Secretary Mr Syed Abusayed Ahmed announced the new committee for 2025-2027 as follows:
Chairperson: Syed Aklakul Ambia (Rabel)
General Secretary: Abdul Nasir
Treasurer: Abul Kalam.
And 26 other Executive Committee members.
At the next EC meeting, the portfolio of the newly elected committee will be distributed and will be published in due course.
The election commissioners and the guests praised the outgoing committee and congratulated the new committee for the work of the South West Region.
