It was really nice to be at the Bristol Refugee Festival on Sunday and see so many people celebrating refugees at a community event. The news can make it feel like everyone is hostile towards refugees and people seeking sanctuary - Sunday was a reminder that this isn't the case. As one visitor to our stall said "there is a majority who welcomes you".

2nd June is International Sx Workers' Day, or Whxre's Day! Glasgow, let's come together to connect, create and celebrate.

Join NUMbrella Lane for an afternoon of conversation and creativity. We’ll gather for dinner out in central Glasgow to celebrate together, make new connections, and catch up with old friends 💌 Sx workers of all genders, backgrounds, forms of work - all welcome!

🕑 2–5pm — discussion + zine-making
🍽️ 6–9pm — dinner on us! (restaurant to be confirmed)

The Vale Practice is a new mental health initiative offering free services to anyone who is a current or former s*x worker as long as you are referred by an organisation such as ourselves. They are s*x worker inclusive, regardless of whether your experiences are positive, negative or mixed.

Their aim is to help as many people as possible. Please give them some support as they have been receiving some hate for their inclusion of q***r folks and s*x workers.

The Vale Practice UK is a collection of wellness practitioners from all over the UK who prioritise integrity, equality, and progress. Our mission is to support as many clients as possible for the lowest possible costs.
