ALICE PROJECT is an event that aims to draw attention to discrimination that is faced by women. Through building a strong female community it has revealed what can be achieved by the power of art and networking. ALICE PROJECT will be a day dedicated to women's empowerment, a space for talks, artistic demonstrations, visits from local business women, music, and more. I'm aware that there is still m

uch work to be done in terms of gender equality, so this project will bring the discussion to the heart of Bristol and identify what is being done and what can be done in the future to achieve what we want; Equal Rights! In addition, this PROJECT intends to be a place of sharing, where women can share their stories, show their successes with the objective of motivation and inspiration. The aim is to create a place where women can feel safe and comfortable to share their experiences or simply have a great day where they can relax and have fun. ALICE PROJECT intends to function as a space where the community can express itself and, in doing so, can contribute to social justice!

🎨 FYONAFINN, aka Fiona (she/they), is a self-dubbed Lettering Artivist ✍️ — a multidisciplinary creative who blurs the lines between graphic and fine art by blending type with abstract textures and mixed media. Their work is driven by activism in intersectional feminism and a deep fascination with the human condition, linguistics, subcultures, and religion. Outside of visual art, FYONAFINN is also active in the music scene as a DJ 🎶 (FFINN / Emo Spice), tutor, former record label owner and events promoter.

🗓️ On 11th July, FYONAFINN will be joining the panel ‘Art & Music as Tools for Inclusion: Impact on Marginalised Communities’, hosted by Miranda from Ujima Radio 🎙️. An unmissable conversation exploring creativity, identity, empowerment, and the role of art in driving social change. 🌈
