Lots of change for me over the past year...

The Dandelions called me to listen to my heart and follow my dreams and in doing so help others to feel empowered to do the same. I started a podcast and am writing a book. 2025 is ushering even more magic and shedding of my old identity... Hello year of the snake! 🐍

I have made the decision to close down this account here as well as the Movement Foundations website. I will still be operating The Movement Community via www.emilydoe.com and I would LOVE for you to follow my new adventure over there .dandelionstories ... Funded places available for families who experience anxiety and SEND wanting a play session with lots of movement and dedicated kind support for each other! Children play and so do the adults!
