Friday we took our first trip on our Armchair Travels to Beijing! 🇨🇳🛩💺

We went on a history tour to the forbidden city, the temple of heaven and the great wall of China

We also learned to speak some Mandarin, tried some tasty treats and learned about the origins of the food, watched a Peking Opera performance, played Jianzi a traditional Chinese game and finished off the day with hearing from our very own residents daughter who is working in Beijing right now 🌟

All done in time to 'fly' back home for supper!😁

September is World Alzheimer's Month, which aims to raise global awareness and challenge the stigma surrounding Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia

Throughout this month, we will be sharing resources to raise awareness of dementia and support those whose lives have been impacted by it.
