Tonight is the final Wrestling for anyBODY™ Winter Workshop!

Join us for a revolutionary playful approach to improving health and wellbeing, combining wresting movement, dance, bodyfulness and somatic practices.

- Monday 10th March
- For d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent children, young people and adults
- Ages 6-15 years - 5:30pm-6:15pm
- Ages 16+ years - 6:15pm-7:00pm

While has been working on his Champion's Mind , he has also worked on his Champion's Body and wrestling. We are proud of Lee, KEEP ON MOVING •
