Bristol Shredders Mountain Bike Club

Trail Shredders Girls group is saturday mornings 9 to 10.30 in term time (ashton court).

We are running a taster session next Saturday morning for girls who would like to try the group. £10 cost for the session and no long term commitment. Just come and try it out.

We ride together, do a bit of coaching to help with confidence. And head out exploring.

The instructors are women.

The vibe is chilled. The goal is fun.

Email if youre keen.

Mini shredders coaching was at the Velosolutions pumptrack at Stockwood today. We did our mtb coaching on the grass and then joined in the jam... awesome dj tunes, some litter picking with Trash Free Trails, pulp track coaching from Pedal Progression and a lot of razzing around the track in the sun.

I think we might see more pumptrack sessions on the shredders calendar... So. Much. Fun.

Existing members were sent a renewal email. You need to fill in the form and you'll immediately get put back into the right membership group. These are mini shredders (aged up to 10) and trail shredders (11-15).

If youre in these groups you'll see the rides.

If youre not, you wont.

For new members the link to join is on the website. Existing ones should have had a renewal email.

If you cant work out the renewal email do the new membership and we will merge your accounts. But try that first.

Bristol Shredders teens group is called Trail Shredders. For riders aged 10 to 15. We ride in 6 week blocks, Saturday mornings 9-10.30.

Girls and boys ride mostly separately and the girls have women coaches. (The boys do too sometimes).

Girls learn fast together.

They learn they have friends in adventure sport.

They learn they belong.

They learn their mountain biking can take them anywhere.

And they learn the skills to progress their riding.

If you know a girl who'd like to join, get on our website and get in touch. A few spaces remain.
