***Today is Time to Talk Day.***

Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. It’s a chance to listen, share, and talk about what really matters.

As we continue our mission to raise awareness around mental heath, we have chosen today as the appropriate day to launch our live podcast on Spotify.

Seed Sessions is a Bristol based charity supporting the mental health of male identifying musicians.

In this podcast you will hear excerpts from an extraordinary evening we shared at The Gallimaufry in Bristol ( ) on 9th December 2025. The event had a particular focus on grief and mental health, and featured poems from Mark De’Lisser and music from Komposa, Waldo’s Gift, Let’s Talk Jam and Binbag Wisdom (playing in the intro). We also had a panel discussion, hosted by Isie (Founder of Seed Sessions) and joined by Cory Stewart, Sophie Wilsdon, Jane Lings and Alun Elliott-Williams.

Content Warning: grief, addiction, death, su***de.

Thank you to Jensen for recording, Harry Stoneham for the podcast, Elliot Ellison for the cover art. We hope you enjoy listening.

We really appreciate your support and if you feel inclined, please donate to Seed Sessions via our website and clicking on ‘Donate’.

The podcast will be available to listen on our website soon but please head over to Spotify and find Seed Sessions under podcasts.

We are thrilled to announce Jazz Pianist extraordinaire as one of our new ambassadors!

Here are a few words from Joe:

I remember hearing Toby play when I first moved to London in 2013 and not only was he an incredible musician, he was the nicest guy.

In recent times we have been hearing that more and more young men have been taking their lives with the pressures of today.
My younger brother has suffered with mental health over the past decade, during his time in the armed forces and even more so after it. All be it, he is on a better path now, that’s not the same story to millions of other men who are suffering today.

In 2026 we are seeing more and more men seeking counselling which only has a positive effect on the individual and those surrounding them.

Seed sessions are doing a really fantastic job providing the help and mentoring to male musicians who are in most need of it. I’m proud to be associated with this great charity and I look forward to working alongside it.
