A massive thank you to Chloe Redfern, Ben Parker, their family, friends, and local community for putting on an incredible Family Fun Day in support of our Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) at St Richard’s Hospital!

When Chloe and Ben’s twin daughters arrived 7 weeks early, our SCBU team was there to provide outstanding care. Reflected in their own words:

“As parents, we know first-hand how important it is to be close to your baby during such a difficult time. Our goal is to raise enough money to provide comfortable reclining chairs for mums and dads, allowing them to sit beside their babies for longer while they receive the care they need.”

To make this goal a reality, they brought the community together for a fun-filled day featuring:

Raffle packed with fantastic local prizes
Thrilling Race Night
Bouncy Castle
Food & Drinks

We are blown away to share that they have raised a massive £4,580!!

Every penny raised helps us enhance care and comfort for our littlest patients and their families when they need it most.

Thank you to Chloe, Ben, and everyone who participated, supported, and shared kindness to make this event such a huge success! 💕

A massive thank you to the legendary Fatboy Slim!

Norman came through for us! He generously took some time out of his frantic schedule sandwiched right between flying off to Seville and rocking the extraordinary four-day On The Beach festival to sign a beautiful guitar designed by the incredibly talented artist TBOY!

This is all part of our Brighton Rocks campaign. Every single guitar in this collection has been donated by our amazing community and transformed into unique, bespoke artworks by incredible artists.

The entire collection will be on public display at the Helm Gallery this December, right before they go to a live auction.

Every single pound raised from these masterpieces will go directly toward funding vital Music Therapy services across our seven Sussex NHS hospitals, using the power of rhythm and melody to aid patient recovery, lower anxiety, and bring comfort when it’s needed most. 💙

We are so grateful to Norman, TBOY, and everyone giving their time to make this happen.

The first batch of guitars for our Brighton Rocks campaign have officially arrived.

Honestly, seeing them in person is something else.

Everyone has worked incredibly hard over the last few weeks, and it shows. These aren’t just instruments anymore, they are genuine pieces of art, and every single one of them tells a different story.

We are so proud of what this team and our community have put together, and we can’t wait to show you the details up close.

Each one will be auctioned at The Helm Gallery in December to raise funds supporting Music Therapy in our Sussex NHS Hospitals. 💙

We are absolutely thrilled to share that the legendary Fatboy Slim has officially signed this incredible custom guitar, beautifully transformed by the brilliant artist TBOY.

This one-of-a-kind piece is part of a massive community project to support a cause incredibly close to our hearts, Music Therapy in our local Sussex NHS Hospitals.

- 34 Guitars were generously donated by our amazing community.

- Local Artists have turned every single one into a unique, stunning work of art.

- Iconic Musicians have signed them to help us make a massive impact.

You can see all 34 masterpiece guitars up close this winter at The Helm Gallery, Brighton.

Following the exhibition, these guitars will be auctioned off, with 100% of the proceeds going directly toward funding vital Music Therapy programs for patients in our local NHS hospitals.
