We've moved! We will now be offering support from The Dip, 119d Hollingdean Terrace BN1 7HB.
Still the 3rd Friday of the month... Still 10am-12pm...still £10 a month to hire a sling and free stretchy hire!

Apologies we are postponing tomorrow's meet until next Friday 22nd November due to volunteer illness.
If you have booked a ticket, it will still be valid next week, please do cancel it if you can no longer make it.
If you have a sling on hire it will be due next week, please contact us if you would like to return before then, or extend until Dec.
