CREATIVE EXPRESSION SESSION : ERASURE
This is a great way to tap into what you think and feel, especially if you're not sure of either!

Pick a book, any book (there are plenty at the centre) let your eyes scan over, the words you need will draw your attention to themselves..circle them and experiment..give it a go on your own or with Janina on Thursdays.
