Introducing our 2026-27 BREMF Emerging Artists! We're really excited to be working with ensembles Bruegel Consort, Les Acolytes, Themelion, Thow Cornwall Duo and singers Ruby Skilbeck & Emma Warner sopranos, Laura Toomey alto & Hugo Williamson tenor.

All of the Emerging Artists will be appearing at the festival over the weekend of 9/10 October - the solo singers as part of The Fairy Queen with the London Handel Players and the ensembles as part of our annual Emerging Artists Showcase.

Outside the festival we'll also be working with these talented young artists in coaching and mentoring sessions right up to March 2027.

Graduating this summer and interested in working in arts administration? We're looking for Festival Trainees to join us for the 2026 Festival. It's a voluntary placement, but we'll provide travel expenses and a meal allowance, and the work is evenings/weekends so you can combine it with full or part time employment. Interested? This we're celebrating the exceptional commitment and dedication of our BREMF volunteers. We are so grateful to them for all the hard work they put in - welcoming the audience, manning the bar, hosting visiting artists, helping with social media, baking cakes, running our friends scheme and so much more.
