Our Story

Welcome to the Millwood Community Centre in the centre of Brighton. We are nestled between Kingswood and Milner flats which were built in the 1930’s and are some of the oldest council flats in Brighton. The centre has recently been refurbished with a lovely large hall big enough to hold yoga and exercise classes as well as a good sized meeting room.

The building is fully accessible with a fitted kitchen, toilets and disability toilet for hire.

Puffin Nursery use the hall during term time but it is available in the evening and weekends

The Centre is run by a committee consisting of local volunteers who work hard to keep this valuable local asset thriving.
