Bring your pre loved garments to exchange for tokens to spend at the swap.
All items will be graded according to amazingness.
You’ll get different ‘value’ tokens depending on the quality of what you bring.

Good condition clean clothing, no holes, tears, dodgy zips (we check!)

Are you a passionate sewer with unused or unwanted materials lying around? 🪡🧵

We're putting together some mini sewing repair kits for an event we'll be a part of at the end of the month and we’re in need of supplies! If you have any of the items listed below and would like to donate them, you can drop them off at our offices any time before next Friday 21st March.

- safety pins (x 70)
- spools of black/white/beige embroidery thread (x 2-3 each)

A month ago, BPEC joined the Brighton Fashion Collective and Sew Fabulous Brighton to hold Sustainable Fashion Week in Brighton for a second time.

Over 1600 people attended the flagship event on Saturday 28th of September and took part in interactive workshops and clothes swaps ran by Sew Fabulous, fantastic runway shows that highlighted the talent of local designers and models. The event was also an opportunity to further support our local brands in the sustainable marketplace.

A huge thank you to the Brighton Fashion Collective for their hard work in organising such a wonderful event and all the designers, models and traders who contributed to making the
day so successful!

Also, a shout out to all the volunteers that made the event possible- we couldn’t have done it
without you!

Have you got any plans for the weekend?

Fabrica are hosting Creative Action: an adreline-fuelled weekend film festival that seeks to celebrate the art of action with powerful female leads across global cinema.

The Creative Action Film Festival will offer, on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October, a programme of international animated shorts, three inspiring and creative film workshops and a special real-life kickboxing demonstration.

Tickets are 5£/3.50£ per screening and 24£/15£ for a weekend pass to all screenings.
