Seishin Karate We welcome all students, from novices to experienced karateka.

Saturday classes are at Brighton Marina Studios, Brighton Marina and are for all ages and all experience levels. Monday and Fridays are at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy, Lewes Road for all experience levels.

A brilliant weekend of training! Sensei Stuart Amos taught 3 thought provoking and inspiring classes for us!

Sunday saw Jason Cunningham travelling to Canterbury for a course taught by both Stuart and Sensei Bob Rhodes. Both classes were intense and rewarding!
