Welcome to EVOLVE!

Welcome to Evolve - a floating support coaching service offered by Brighton YMCA . We work with adults living in supported accommodation who are ready to take the next step towards education, volunteering or work.

Our team of coaches work with people across the city to pursue, achieve, and sustain their work, learning and volunteering goals. We can provide coaching support for up to six-twelve months, depending on each person’s aspirations and circumstances. We can also offer 4 one hour sessions, to complete specific pieces of work, for example, create a CV, make an application or prepare for an interview.

Drop in at our café where you will be able to talk to coaches and get work and learning advice, guidance and support.
