UPDATE.

We have now moved our services online.

You can still report any hate incidents to us either through our website or by email. Although we no longer have our office space, we are still here to support.

You can also still contact us by phone. Our services are run by volunteers so we may not always answer. If you leave a message however, we can arrange a time to call you back.

We will continue to operate as a third-party hate incident reporting centre. And we will continue to support our incredible community.

Building on the success of our Covid Mobile Vaccine Unit last month, we are pleased to offer another walk-in session on Saturday, 18 November.

No appointments are necessary, just come by. Our friendly volunteers are ready to ensure that your experience is quick and hassle-free.

Thanks to our prime central location, you can easily drop in for a booster, even during your lunch hour. Come and secure your health boost swiftly on your break!

Walk in only, no appointments required.

Eligibility: Adults aged 65 years and over, and any age individuals in clinical risk groups, frontline health and social care workers

Today marks National Coming Out Day, an occasion that began in the United States in 1988 and has since gained global significance, including in the UK.

Created by psychologist Robert Eichberg and LGBTQ+ activist Jean O'Leary, the day coincides with the anniversary of the National March on Washington for Le***an and Gay Rights.

This special day reminds us of the enduring importance of coming out, whether you identify as le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, q***r, or are an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. It's a day to honor the bravery required to live one's truth openly.

In the UK, we've made progress towards creating a more equitable society, but with recent increase in reporting of hate incident toward, in particular towards trans people, the journey is far from over. So, if you're taking the brave step to come out today, or if you're standing by someone who is, let's seize this moment to advocate for a world that embraces everyone for who they are. Let's hear your voices, extend your support, and unite in solidarity.

The theme for 2023, as established by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is 'Mental health is a universal human right.' This annual event underscores that mental health should be on par with physical health in terms of attention and resources. Moreover, it serves as a year-round reminder that conversations about mental health should be ongoing and not limited to just one day.
