Come along to our community support hub tomorrow at Hollingdean Community Centre 12.30pm - 2.30pm for some more tips and advice and pick up a tasty lunch from the Hollingdean Real Junk Food Project Cafe
We will even give you a bottle of water to help along the hot day!

The south-east has been issued an Amber heat-health alert. This is in effect from 9am on 11/08/2026 to 9pm on 14/08/2026, but will be reviewed each day so please check forecasts regularly.
