Good morning, all

I hope you are not feeling to chilly this Monday morning it's definitely felt like a cardigan morning!
This is a reminder that the kids dance session is not running this afternoon due to the teacher being away but never fear it will make a return week, see you then.

If you are in the mood to stretch those cold kinks away, why not pop along to the Pilates with Julia session at 6.15pm. Cost £7.00 per person.
The room will be nice and warm for you all.

This local project is free but, as always volunteers and donations are needed and welcomed!

Another 2 groups making a welcome return to the regular sessions tomorrow are Hollingdean Yoga Group and Hollingdean Wednesdays.
Come along from 9.30am and strech those kinks away and relax in the sound of silence instead of "I'm hungry" or "I'm Bored"
