Gig Buddies Darren and Daniel recently took a trip to London for a tour of the House of Commons, at the invitation of their local MP, Helena Dollimore for Hastings and Rye.

It's been Daniel's dream to visit parliament for a long time, and Helena helped make it happen. Here they are on the terrace together.

We want to say a massive thank you to Rampion Wind farm Tours!

Their amazing donation means that 20 young people and adults with learning disabilities or autistic people can get out, enjoy live music, and build a social life on their own terms.

We will be celebrating our 15 year anniversary as a charity and we want you to join us! 💛

He did it!! A huge congratulations to Callum on completing his incredible London to Paris bike ride, raising an amazing £1,200 for Stay Up Late! 🚴‍♂️

"Cycling from London to Paris has been an incredible adventure. Over the 450km I've travelled through the beautiful rolling hills of northern France, rode with 100 cyclists around the Arc de Triomphe and down the Champs-Élysées, and met some amazing people along the way. All this whilst proudly raising money for Stay Up Late and the excellent work they do."

We're incredibly grateful for Callum's support. The money he has raised will help us continue creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities to stay connected, build friendships and have more autonomy over their social lives. 💛

Huge congratulations to Lavina, one of our longest standing Gig Buddies volunteers! 🎉

Lavina recently took on Race for Change, an incredible challenge by Bristan. Teamed with colleagues Trevor and Emma from Independent Builders Merchant Group, she raced back to the UK from an unknown European location over four days, with no phones and a limited budget.

Lavina chose Stay Up Late as one of her charities, with 25% of everything raised coming our way. Thank you, Lavina, we're so grateful for your support both on and off the challenge! 💛

Drinks, strikes, and a few gutter balls! 🎳

A group of Gig Buddies had a great time at Hollywood Bowl this month, getting a little competitive on the lanes and catching up over drinks.

Buddies don't just meet up one to one, we also run monthly socials so people can get together as part of a wider community. 💛
