We’re delighted to introduce Rain Harris, a Positive Solution Therapist and the founder of The Thriving Practice, now based at The British Engineerium. 🌿

Rain supports people to navigate stress, anxiety, low mood, fears and confidence, helping you create positive change and a more joyful, fulfilling life in a way that feels right for you.

With a background spanning hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, life coaching, yoga, meditation and laughter yoga, Rain takes a warm, positive and personalised approach. She also works with young people and offers wellbeing workshops, group sessions and relaxation programmes.
