Total housing stock for sale in England and Wales has dropped to a record low as the effects of lockdown shape the property market. Homes.co.uk released data that shows there was a huge drop in the new instructions materialising. Do you see this being reflected in your local area?

We will build affordable homes on underused land owned by public bodies (such as councils and public service providers) giving them a small income stream. When the cost of development is paid off, they own the homes on their land. The housing crisis can end.
