**The MSF Triathlon Challenge 2018!**

This year, Brighton and Sussex Friends of MSF invite you to join us in taking on the MSF Triathlon Challenge 2018!

We are creating a group of all ages and fitness levels to do one of the 3 different triathlon distance options: the SuperSprint, the Sprint and the Olympic. With the option to enter as a team if you’d prefer to take on just one of the sports, Sea Swim/Cycle/Run, the Triathlon is accessible to everyone and we’d love you to join us in raising money for this incredible cause.

To become part of the MSF Triathlon Team, we ask that you commit to raising just £250 for Médecins Sans Frontières and we will provide you with a fundraising starter pack. Encourage your friends and family to get involved and let’s do this!

Date: Sunday 16th September 2018

Location: Brighton and Hove Seafront

Distances: SuperSprint: 400m swim / 10km cycle / 2.5km run
Sprint: 750m swim / 20km cycle / 5km run
Olympic: 1500m swim / 40km cycle / 10km run
