Brighton Young Carers We provide one to one and group support as well as activities to young carers.

We provide one to ones, group support and respite activities for young people aged 6-18 who are caring for a family member who is ill, disabled, experiencing mental health problems or misusing substances. These are young people aged 6-18 who care for a parent or sibling who is ill, disabled or experiencing mental ill health. We also provide training services to professions who may also work with young carers, such as schools and GPs.
