Come and join this creative and reflective space to explore your ecological self as nature and your spiritual self on Tuesday 9/6/26 at 6.00pm - 7.30pm UK time.

After arriving into the space we will focus on a theme. Then we will have half an hour to be creative eg drawing panting creating an artefact or moving dancing

Then time to share within the group

Exploring different landscapes connecting with the power of nature through the trees, the rocks and the sea

feeling strengthened in their connection to each other
Fully committed to Mind’s vision to offer mental health in such a creative and compassionate ways

There are moments in my life where everything feels aligned in a profession I love.

I’m in Jersey to provide some ecotherapy team days and some systemic training thanks to long standing relationship with colleagues who are so committed to bringing systemic thinking and practices in different organisations and contexts

I was deeply touched by the staff of and their amazing work with people who are homeless and are struggling with complex mental health difficulties at a time in their lives where everything is falling apart and services are running out of options

Highlights of the day that was supported by this small charity and their finders were

Exploring different landscapes, connecting with nature and each other in a meaningful way, restoring calm and inner peace, an embodied sense of unity as a team in their daily work and commitment to hold hope and change lives….

Spending the day wit you in a wonderful nature spot was really inspiring
