✨ Looking for a new adventure this September? ✨

We’re welcoming girls aged 7–10 to join our local Brownie unit! 💛

We meet fortnightly on Saturday mornings, 9:30–11:30am, for two hours packed with fun, friendship and trying something new.

This year our Brownies have been busy:
🐾 Helping animals in our local area
🏅 Trying out new sports
📚 Getting creative with storytelling
🧪 Conducting some super science experiments
🏆 Building skills for life and earning lots of badges along the way!

Brownies is a brilliant place for girls to make friends, build confidence, learn new skills and have plenty of fun - and no two meetings are quite the same.

A huge thank you to 5th Hove Guides for their generosity during last week's Shopping Challenge.

Thanks to donations from the Guides, which were matched by unit funds, we had a total of £60 to spend on food for local families. The Guides carefully chose items to help create family meals, which have now been donated to Hangleton Food Bank.

We're incredibly proud of the girls for thinking about others and supporting their local community. Thank you to everyone who contributed.

Brownies from 1st West Blatchington had a fantastic day Girlguiding Sussex East County Brownie Day at Picketts Wood 🏕️.

As a celebration of Winnie the Pooh they made clay owls and acorn bears, built rafts as an homage to Pooh Sticks and tried some outdoor cooking!

They finished off a fabulous day with a sing song around the campfire 🔥!
