We've just completed our Rites of Passage weekend where we take our new men on a guided journey to look deep within themselves and to help them find better paths through this life that can benefit them and those around them. At ABoB we support a strong community, we value every man the same as a chain that holds us all together.

On Friday night the storm rolled in as if nature was making the moment. And we all had to face the challenge of keeping our tents dry and warm as the new men had to face their individual challenges.

By the end of the weekend we were all smiling in the sunshine as a strong community. This work works.

If you're a man feeling who's feeling lost, stuck or ready for real change then reach out to us here or on our website.

You don't have to walk this path alone.

World Mental Health day is an international day for mental health education and awareness. With so many men in society suffering from mental health issues, this day highlights the importance of keeping our minds healthy. At ABOB Brighton our community elder, Pat, holds a grounding at the beginning of each circle to help ground ourselves and feel the body and the breath. This is one of many tools to having a healthy mind.
