Plant Stories is a shared commercial kitchen space within the Brighthelm Community Centre. Born from a long search for low cost kitchen space, Gem + Aye, together started Plant Stories, a community hub for start-up and established plant based food businesses within the Brighton + Hove area. Plant Stories will also be a place to educate and encourage plant-based eating
as a positive movement.
