Staying Well is an out-of-hours service which can support you in a mental health crisis.

Located in Worthing, Hastings, Eastbourne, Crawley and Brighton, the services are open 5pm-10:30pm on weekdays, and 3pm-10:30pm on weekends - including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
