We have some exciting news....

➡️ Starting next Wednesday for 5 weeks, the weekly quiz at Hangleton Manor will be raising funds for The Benfield Valley Project

➡️ Quiz starts promptly at 7pm, so please arrive 15 mins before to get settled in and there will be prizes for top 3 teams!

➡️ We are still continuing to fight for this greenspace and need funds to do so. More updates on next steps coming soon, so keep an eye on our socials.

Good evening folks,

➡️ The S106 agreement on the B&H Council planning portal progressed to approval this week, as part of the continuation of the planning process, which the council has a legal duty to comply with.

Councillor John Hewitt has told us the following:

'It isn’t an indication of a change of position from the council administration, which remains to fight against any development on this site.'

So what does that mean for us?

It's not over yet. The covenant is still in place, despite the approval process moving forward. We are continuing to seek legal advice and will share more information as we have it.

Sorry to say it, but autumn is here....well meteorological autumn 🍂

The cooler weather of September means that the wildlife can start to get out and about and fueling up ahead of winter.

Hi folks,

Just sharing an article that has been published about National Highways selling off sections West of the A293.

Some local residents located close to these section have been contacted previously to see they were interested in purchasing land.

Disappointing to see that more greenspace could be affected in our area and that wildlife and local residents will continue to suffer the consequences.

We don't know who are likely to purchase these sections, hopefully whoever does will keep these areas untouched.

We will let you know if we get any updates.

Hi folks,
