The purpose of the Charity is to rescue, care for and re-home abandoned dogs, or dogs who's owners sadly are no longer able to care for them. At Jerry Green Dog Rescue, we use social media to keep you, our 'pawsome supporters', up to date with our work and opportunities to get involved. It's also a place for people to share experiences if they wish, and to start wider conversations about dogs, and their welfare. It's important to us that our social media channels are a safe and inclusive place for everyone. Are you looking for three tiny besties? 💚

We're Teddy, Billy, and Tia, three Miniature Pinscher x Chihuahua siblings in search of a loving forever home together.

We haven't seen much of the big wide world, and we'll admit we can be a little bit nervous at first. But with a gentle approach and a few tasty treats, we'll be friends in no time.

We'd love to find a home with a secure garden where we can safely explore at our own pace. We can live with dog-savvy children aged 8+, and might even be able to live with another dog pending a successful meet at the centre.

There are bundles of personality inside our tiny bodies, we're just waiting for the right people to help us feel safe and loved. If you think you could open your heart and home to all three of us, please apply to adopt us. In return, we'll give you so much love and happiness.

Hello, my name is Bodger! 💚

I'm a 2-year-old Lurcher with a lovely personality and a whole lot of love to give. I'm searching for a forever home where I can soak up all of the fun and affection I deserve.

One of my favourite things in the world is playing with my ball - I could play fetch all day! A forever family that enjoys going out on adventures and having fun would be perfect for me.

I'm also super affectionate and love having a fuss from my people. Once we're friends, I'll happily lean in for a cuddle. I'm super relaxed in the house and enjoy being around the humans I love.

I'm dreaming of a family who will help me learn, give me plenty of fun and enrichment, and show me how wonderful life can be. I'd like to be the only pet in my new home, but I can live with children aged 14+.

Hello, my name is Jude. I'm an 11-month-old Labrador x Deerhound in search of a loving family to welcome me into their home and hearts.

I had a difficult start in life, and when I first arrived at Jerry Green Dog Rescue, I found the world a scary place. But with time and reassurance, I have started to come out of my shell and learn that the world isn't so scary after all.

I love heading out to secure fields to run, explore, and take in all of the smells. I also have a real knack for sniffing out soft toys, they're my absolute favourite!

My dream home would be somewhere with a secure garden, and humans at home most of the time to help me settle in. As I can be a little shy around new people, I'll need a family who can meet me at the centre a few times. That way we can get to know each other and build a special bond.

I'm still working on building my confidence, but each day I am making progress. One thing I haven't quite realised yet is my size! Once we're friends, I might even try to sit in your lap for a cuddle.

If you're looking for a sweet, gentle young dog who is learning to trust, have fun, and enjoy life, I could be the perfect match for you!

When Woody, a Dachshund x Shih Tzu x Pug, arrived at Jerry Green Dog Rescue in March 2025, he was just 11 weeks old and already in need of some extra care.

Woody had come into our care alongside his four siblings after being born as part of an accidental litter. This tiny puppy had experienced a difficult start in life, arriving covered in fleas with dry, irritated skin.

With treatment for the fleas and a change to his diet, Woody’s skin soon began to improve. Before long, he was feeling better and ready to start doing what puppies do best – playing, exploring and growing into his own little personality! 🐾

It wasn’t long before Woody found the family he had been waiting for. He was quickly adopted into a loving home and headed off to begin the next chapter of his life.

Today, Woody is described by his family as “the bestest boy in the whole world”, and we couldn’t be happier to see this little puppy thriving. 💚

Thank you for giving little dogs like Woody the chance to grow, flourish and find their forever homes.

Hi friends, Belle here! 🥰

I'm a sweet, 5-year-old French Bulldog looking for a forever home where I can be given the princess treatment I thoroughly deserve.

I absolutely adore cuddles, there's nothing better than curling up next to you on a comfy sofa, or a cosy bed of my own and snoozing the days away. I'd love to find a calm, quiet home without too many visitors and where I'm the only pet so I can soak up all your attention.🐾

I'm looking for a patient and understanding family who are willing to be consistent while I continue learning some of the basics. I'd prefer to live with children over 11+ years and I can be left for up to 2 hours once I'm settled, as long as you give me lots of fuss when you return!

I'm currently on a special diet to help look after my sensitive tummy, and medication for my itchy skin, so I'll need a family who are happy to continue this with me. I'm doing brilliantly and my friends are more than happy to chat through any of this with my new potential family. 🐶

Hello, my name's Aspen! 🌟

I'm a young, pretty Lurcher looking to find a forever home of my own. My friends don't know much about my past, as I was found as a stray without a microchip. But what they do know is that I'm a playful, happy boy with so much love to give. 🐶

There's absolutely nothing better than getting out and stretching my legs in true Sighthound fashion! I'll need a secure garden with 6ft fencing where I can run around, and I'm a great traveller so we can head out on plenty of adventures together. 🐾

I'm still learning about the world and can be a little unsure at first. I could possibly live with another calm dog who can respect my space, and children over 11+ would suit me best. What's most important is a family who can give me the patience and understanding I need, and I'd like you around most of the time whilst I learn to feel settled and safe. 💚
