Over the years, we've come to appreciate the importance of having different ways to support people, especially when someone feels stuck, overwhelmed or finds it difficult to put their emotions into words!๐ง

They're about recognising that everyone processes experiences differently, and sometimes, having another option can make all the difference!๐ฑ
Because supporting people isn't about having a magic answer.
It's about meeting them where they are, with compassion, understanding and the right tools to help them move forward.
