With a wonderful final session in the autumnal weather today, the 2025 Park Yoga season has come to an end. Thank you all who joined us this year, bringing energy and positivity into each and every session. This practice has allowed us all to connect not only with each other, but also spiritually with ourselves, whilst training strength and mobility essential to a healthy body.

I am looking forward to Park Yoga commencing again next May and hope to see you all there again, please check this page for announcements closer to the time. In the meantime, for anyone keen to continue their yoga journey, I run a class in Oakham Library, Tividale, every Monday 6pm-7pm where all are welcome! Namaste 🙏🏼

Morning all, as promised, the pictures of my two little puppies, Otto and Ricky 💚
I was talking about Ricky who been collected after park Yoga and Otto is just back after 6 months world tour, he has become very spiritual and often does meditation while Ricky tries to trouble him😂💚
