Celebrating National Play Day
Play Week will take place in five parks across Dudley borough with each hosting a day of activity. The aim is to give local children the chance to enjoy low-cost or no-cost play adventures.

Summer fun at your local family hubs
Join the fun at your local family hubs this summer.
The local hubs will be holding free activity sessions throughout the holidays. Go along and enjoy messy and sensory play, crafts, face painting, story telling and more. Places must be booked for most of the sessions.

At Crystal, Duncan Edwards and Halesowen Leisure Centres
Free swimming is returning for children in the borough over the school holidays – but youngsters will now have to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above.

Free swimming will run from Tuesday 22 July to Sunday 31 August inclusive and any child aged 16 or under living in the borough can sign up.

People who are not previously registered for free swimming must do so at www.freeswimindudley.co.uk in advance of their swim.

HAF is back for the summer!
The holiday activities programme (HAF) scheme running from Monday 21 July to Friday 29 August is now open for bookings, offering a range of fully funded activities, you're eligible to register for HAF if the following applies: You live in Dudley or your child goes to school in the Dudley Borough, your child is aged between 5 and 16 years and your child is eligible for benefits related free school meals (or some other vulnerable groups).
You can register your child via the HAF website. (To book sessions for your children you must be registered.)
This year there are 10 SEND specialist providers and 10 targeted 12 - 16 providers. You will have 16 credits to use over the summer period, but they will be released in 2 stages to make booking fairer for everyone.
Some providers are also offering paid places please contact FIS on 01384 815796 to enquire about these.
