⭐️ The allpay app and allpay internet payments portal are closing on Monday 11th May ⭐️

If you use allpay for your rent payments, you will need to login to their new allpayments online portal https://new.allpayments.net/ or download the new allpayments app. You can login using your existing allpay username and password. When you login, your account details will transfer automatically.

Annual rent increase: if you receive help from Universal Credit towards your housing costs, you must complete a ‘Confirm your housing costs’ to-do within your Universal Credit account each year.

This task is automatically added to your online account. You will be asked to confirm whether your housing costs have changed. You do not need to take any action until DWP contact you through your online account or by text message. The rent increase will take effect on Monday 6 April 2026.
