A Huge Thank You! 🌟
Our courtyard garden looks absolutely stunning right now! A massive thank you to Paula and Rita for all their hard work making the area look beautiful. Special thanks to Kev and Jake at J F Baker & Son for making the fantastic raised flower beds and central feature. Thank you also to Morfe Valley Nursery for the lovely plants that have added such a wonderful splash of colour. We appreciate you all! 🌸

The local Social Group (formerly the Bridgnorth and District Parkinson’s Support Group) met up in our Coffee Shop today and will meet here every 3rd Wednesday of the month between 2:00 - 4:00pm. Please come along and meet this lovely bunch for a friendly social get together.

Just a cheeky little reminder that our pop up plant stall is outside the hospital this morning. If you are interested in becoming a ‘friend’ of the League of Friends of Bridgnorth Hospital Maggie and Andrew are also there with all the information.

Our volunteers will be selling a selection of garden plants outside the hospital from 10:00am onwards on Tuesday 16th June 2026. The Coffee Shop will be open then too for cake and a cuppa.

This week at our Butterfly Cafe Sall TONGE entertained everyone with a brilliant selection of songs and stories. We’ve always got room for anyone with memory loss to join in at our bi monthly get togethers. The next one is on Friday 19th June 2:00 - 4:00pm in our Coffee Shop.

Bridgnorth Repair Cafe are back at St. James’s Hall Church, Bridgnorth this Saturday between 10:00am and 1:00pm fixing broken items for free. They cannot repair microwaves, white goods or safety equipment though.

One of our customers has made and donated this stunning knitted blanket (approx 6’ x 4’) to help us raise some money. It could be yours! To be in with a chance of winning it please call by our Coffee Shop which is open from 9:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday and buy a raffle ticket for £1.00. 🍀

A Butterfly Cafe singalong and exercise to music led by Naomi PEART went down fantastically well with everyone today. Next it’s our ‘talking tables’ drop in session on Friday 15th May. It’s always a fun welcoming atmosphere with great cakes!

The next Home Instead Community Hub will take place at the hospital on Thursday 23rd April 2026 between 10:00am - 1:00pm. Our Coffee Shop will be open then too!

What a brilliant night we had at The Garden Bar who provided light refreshments whilst Dick PINCHES and his wife Sue were the quiz masters. Just under £300 was raised so thanks to everyone involved for your support. Special thanks to Verena who organised another successful LoF fundraiser and to all at The Garden Bar for letting you use your room.
