Status update. Sadly we couldn't fit a walk in this weekend due to work and family commitments. However, Harry & I have walked over 100km in training so far. It's 10 weeks this Monday until we set off on our challenge. For all those kind people who have sponsored, thank you so much. We are pleased to say that we have raised 1/5th of our target. So much love for you all. Our moto (which im sure is from a film) "if you can dream it, you are half way there"

Another beautiful walk in the Welsh countryside - Today it was Pontypridd down the Taffs Trail to Castell Coch and back. Met a wonderful couple on the way who kindly sponsored us, the power of getting out and talking to people is so important - thank you mystery couple who declined any formal recognition.

Week 2 training around Kenfig Hill & Cefn Cribw. We've increased the weight and aim to walk for 5 hours (hopefully 20km+). The terrain is 80% tarmac, with ups & downs, with the final 20% being gravel and off the beaten track!

A lovely 20km Walk. Ynysawdre to Nant-y-moel and back via the old railway line. We are happy with our time. 4 hours on the dot, averaging 12 minute Kilometres.

Really impressed with our 200l trolley, although the route was mostly flat tarmac, and the trolley was virtually empty the trolley handled the terrain no problems whatsoever, you coukd literally pull it with one finger, the stearing was seemless and it manoeuvres well.

Next week we'll up the weight and try some more challenging paths
