We are getting ready to launch the Arise Brentwood Corporate Partnership Programme.

We are looking to connect with local businesses who want to support young people and invest in youth work in Brentwood.

There are lots of ways to get involved:
💛 Funding
💛 Fundraising
💛 Volunteering
💛 Skills and expertise
💛 Practical or in-kind support
💛 Long-term partnerships

Whether you are a small local business or a larger organisation, there could be a way to work together.

Our partnerships can help support youth clubs, schools work, detached youth work, targeted support, activities and the development of sustainable youth work across Brentwood.

Every Wednesday, come along to our youth club in Brentwood to:

🎲 Play games and get involved
🏀 Try different activities
🍫 Get stuck into food projects
🤝 Meet people and build friendships
🛋️ Chill, chat or just hang out
💬 Talk to youth workers who are there for you

It is a place to connect, belong and be yourself — while building confidence, skills and positive relationships along the way.

Our team were out doing detached youth work across Brentwood on Monday afternoon.

We are regularly out in different locations, meeting young people where they are, building relationships and creating opportunities for them to get involved.

Detached youth work can help young people to:

💬 Build confidence and communication skills
🤝 Develop positive relationships and a sense of belonging
🎯 Explore interests, opportunities and new skills
🗣️ Have a voice and influence what happens around them
💪 Develop independence, resilience and decision-making skills

That is youth work: meeting young people where they are, building trusted relationships and supporting their personal, social and educational development.

Sometimes it's obvious.

Sometimes it isn't.

Mental health struggles can look like feeling overwhelmed, withdrawing from friends, losing motivation, feeling anxious, getting angry more easily, struggling to sleep, or simply not feeling yourself.

The important thing is recognising when something doesn't feel right and knowing that you don't have to face it alone.

💭 Who are your trusted adults?

This could be: ✅ A parent or carer
✅ A teacher
✅ A family member
✅ A friend
✅ A youth worker

At Arise Brentwood, our youth workers are here to listen, support and help young people find the right support when they need it.

If you're struggling, talking to someone you trust can be the first step towards feeling better.
