Our problem is church leaders.
When christians are jobless with a faith so insignificant it can't keep fire, anything goes.
Our church leaders refused to engage the government, demanding for all rights and privileges of the citizenry including job creation and inclusiveness in governance and government activities, vote and be voted for, attack the government whenever necessary by speaking up. But instead, they asked us to pray, sow seeds so we can get a job that was never there.
Church leader are so complacent so much so that I sometimes think if they are church-leading just for personal gain.
We could have indoctrinated radicals for the purpose of preserving by any means necessary our christian values cutting across families and relationships.
Na only to pay quota we know.
Priest and bishop no fit summon presidency like the Islamic imams dey do and insist on a thing collectively
While some pastors dey flaunt private jets, others dey go abroad on vacation.
Even when they know we don't have good hospitals and better education system that should even be free.
Instead of engaging the government, they see it as an opportunity to establish theirs with such an high cost that even church members cannot afford.
Church leaders are responsible for the rottenness in governance since they refused to speak out collectively and demand for justice using any means necessary to achieve their aim.
They said pray for Nigeria
I thought if we pray, we work it out by taking necessary and wise actions including demonstrations and parallel government to make sure the government does our bidding.
Church leaders are scattered, no unity, no common enemy, fighting for members and busy bringing down one another in the name of Christianity.
No wonder guys are going back
The church will not be calling for donations or licking the foot of a rich man just to get money if they had prevailed on the government to stop corruption and build factories and industries that will keep youths
