Merchandise orders close on 31st July. After that, the merch gremlins pack up their clipboards and refuse to take any more requests.

Important note: No items will be posted. Not by Royal Mail. Not by carrier pigeon. Not by a highly trained squirrel. Collection only!

And thanks to the theatre’s shiny new air conditioning system, there’s now a genuine possibility of feeling slightly chilly at a LAN event for the first time in recorded history. The hoodie may no longer just be for hiding your lack of sleep.

IMPORTANT BIT:
Merch is event collection only — we are not posting items out afterwards. Mainly because organising a LAN is hard enough without turning into Royal Mail.

Get ready, adventurers of the LAN Realm — over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing the mighty heroes, chaos gremlins, tech wizards, and caffeine-fuelled legends who keep the event running behind the scenes.

From keepers of the servers to masters of lights, pizza, tournaments, and theatrical nonsense, it’s time to meet the team that makes the magic happen.

With 6 tickets remaining, it's great to see clans developing and familiar tags popping up on the roster.

We’ve continuing to notice that individuals have bought multiple tickets for friends and family, which are yet to be transferred to individual players. All tickets need to be assigned to the correct attendee. This is especially important for event access and check in. You MUST also have an account with your own ticket in order to access tournaments. Changing the name on the gamer tag to 'playing as....' is NOT sufficient.

To transfer a ticket, head to your dashboard:

Click the “Gift” button on the ticket you want to transfer. You’ll receive a unique link that can be sent directly to the recipient, allowing them to register and claim the ticket on their own account.

Please make sure every attendee has:
✅ Their own account
✅ Their own individual ticket
