Housekeepers needed for immediate start to join our well-loved business and maintain the high quality cleanliness and hospitality of our 5-star holiday accommodation.

> key days: Monday's and/or Friday's with additional days during the week
> flexible hours available between 9.30am-4.30pm
> Average hours worked: 4-6 hours per changeover
> Be prepared to work during key trading dates such as school holidays and festive periods, with
requests for annual leave considered.

Own transport essential - location of work Pentrefelin (LD3 8UA)

Personal qualities:
> Enthusiastic
> Reliable
> Good attention to detail to ensure high standards.
> Ability to work alone, or as part of a team
> Ability to use own initiate and common sense
> Agile enough to change bed linen on bunk-beds! 😉

Employment Details:
- Contract Type: Zero hours and part-time contracts available.

- Accrued statutory holiday pay.

- 150% pay on bank holidays and weekend shifts

We are very grateful for the support of our friends at Road House Narrowboats, located in Gilwern! Their beautiful miniature Canal boat has been a stunning addition to our shop window in Brecon and has definitely caught the eye of our customers and been a good conversation starter.

And with the help of our friends distributing leaflets further afield at their market stand in London, we are reaching even more people who are eager to explore all that our National Park has to offer.

We are appreciative for the connections and support that continue to help us grow our business community and share our passion for the natural beauty of Wales.

RECYCLING MAGIC - turning plastic waste, into other things…

We took a short stroll with Yogi Bear along the Bullwark, to donate our empty tubs in aid to support Macmillan Cancer Support

Last few days now, to eat those remaining sweeties and donate your empty tubs to a green scheme and support good cause at the same time! 💚♻️💚

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have supported the opening of our new tourism hub and retail shop in Brecon. As a startup independent company with a mix of volunteer and paid staff, we truly appreciate your kind words and encouragement. 🥰

🛍️ We also want to give a big shoutout to our shoppers who have purchased over 2,500 eco-friendly products since we opened. Every penny of profit will be reinvested into supporting sustainable and responsible tourism in our National Park, as well as promoting the growth of a stronger local circular economy.

Thanks to your support, we will be able to reopen our doors in the new year and continue on our journey with our ambitious plans! 💪🏼😁

I would also like to extend our gratitude to our staff, local suppliers, and tradesmen. A special mention goes to M.P.Fergusson builders for turning our vision into reality and meeting our (crazy) timeline constraints. 👏🏼🤩

Last but not least, a warm thank you to our little helpers who have been patient with their moms and have contributed in their own small ways, whether it's picking up paint brushes or vacuum cleaners. Your contributions have helped transform the empty shell we started with into a hub that showcases our local talent and celebrates our hospitality businesses in our unique national park.
