Members gave another very warm welcome to Sue Thomas yesterday afternoon who was demonstrating "The Darling Buds of May". As always her arrangements were beautiful. We are looking forward to seeing Sue at the end of June for our Workshop when we will be arranging Supermarket Flowers in a basket.

A very warm welcome from members and visitors alike was given to Kath Lee last Friday night who demonstrated at our Open Evening. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves watching Kath. Her flowers, colours and arrangements were superb and with 26 prizes to be won only added to the evening. Thank you Kath and thank you to those who supported this event.

Our Flower of the month competition was won by Janet Imlach with her Solomon Seal and the Shrub of the month was won by Judy Powell with her white Lilac. Many congratulations ladies.
