So what is Betty Blue Eyes about we hear you ask…

Betty Blue Eyes is a musical comedy based on the 1984 film ‘A Private Function’.

The plot follows a chiropodist and his wife as they hatch a plan targeting the town councillors who are rearing a pig for their banquet (cue Betty!).

When a meat inspector arrives in the town, chaos ensues with hijinks and drama.

Described by Cameron Mackintosh as “very funny and off-the-wall”, the musical is filled with hilarity, wit, charm and of course… a pig! 🐷
