6:15-7:15 - Boxing circuits a fitness class for all abilities from beginners to advanced.
Focus on fitness, basic technique, bag drills and padwork

7:15-8:30 - All competative boxers.
Focus on advanced drills, technical training and sparring.

We started with partner circuits, then a bag circuit followed by bag drills and padwork finished with a core set. Great effort everyone, well done πŸ’ͺ
