New application from the developers at Velator Quay!

The developer at Velator has just submitted this application

which includes the rerouting of the footpath above the weir.
It has been submitted as a non material application so it will not be publicised or put out for consultation. However this does not mean that interested members of the public cannot submit their views.

Whilst the “new route” still allows access to the river it will be a hard surface rather than a green path, through a built environment and the community loses access to the green river bank above the Caen.
