Good morning. It's been nice to get some rain for the plants and wild life. Today is definitely cooler in my area.

There's just 1 week to go to Oddfellow's Friendship month. We at Bradford Oddfellows are starting the month with a Friendship afternoon tea on Thursday 3rd. There's plenty more events on, have a look at the items below.

Please note, Thursday 27th BBQ evening has been changed to a Tapas evening.

Try one of our evening events or one of our daytime ones. There are plenty to choose from in our Events Diary so have a look through the next few weeks shown below and come and join us.

We meet at 7.30 pm alternate Thursday's at Carlton House, near the Alhambra, and Woodbottom Club in Baildon. We have other events in the daytime as well as social events, members have access to a range of benefits including care and welfare support.

Thank you to Lorraine Radcliffe for her entertaining talk about her years working in the Lord Mayor's Office, nice to hear so much laughter. Thanks to Sam for the sandwich supper, Sue for running the bar , Emma for doing raffle and hosting and everybody who helped clear up.

We have decided not to go ahead with BBQ next week (better safe than sorry and this rain is not helping much). Instead we will do another tapas evening (it was very popular last time).
