Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and organised individual to lead and support the delivery of our youth programmes, helping create real community impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and coordinate youth programmes
• Support young people’s engagement and development
• Organise workshops and community activities
• Track outcomes and support reporting

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in programmes, youth work, or coordination
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Passion for community impact & young people

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Support bookkeeping & reconciliations

• Assist with budgets and financial reporting
• Track programme spending

• Support audits and compliance

• Work with CEO/COO on financial reporting

What We’re Looking For
• Finance, bookkeeping, or accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Confident with Excel / Google Sheets

• Able to manage deadlines independently

• Understanding of ethical financial practice

• Passion for community impact

What You’ll Get
